Terms and Conditions for Hiring of the LPA2 - Laser Particle Analyser 1 The above prices are applicable for the Standard LPA2 Laser Particle Analyser. 2 Minimum period for hire is 3 days. 3 Overdue hire periods will be charged at the daily rate. 4 The User is responsible for the arrangement and payment of return carriage. 5 The LPA2 is designed for use on mineral oil fluids and is only to be used on hydraulic systems using mineral oils (for other fluids contact MP Filtri for advice prior to use). 6 Whilst the LPA2 is designed to be a service instrument, it is still an item of electronic test equipment and is to be treated accordingly. 7 MP Filtri will deduct an amount they deem to be reasonable to cover any damage or loss to the LPA2 and its Support Kit, which is considered to be above normal wear and tear. 8 The Hire of the LPA2 is to the Company specified on the Hire Contract Agreement. Use by a third party is not authorised unless MP Filtri UK has provided written authorisation. 9 Throughout the duration of the hire period the LPA2 remains the property of MP Filtri UK Ltd. 10 The Hirer is required to sign the form below to accept the terms and conditions of LPA2 - Laser Particle Analyser Hire Agreement. |

INSTANT RESULTS The LPA2 gives accurate results of the amounts and sizes of contaminants. The new MTD has a certified distribution standard verified by NIST (National Institute of Standard Technology), USA. Designed to meet the new ISO 4406 cleanliness code which is a 3-part code, 4µm(c), 6µm(c) and 14µm(c). LPA2 also provides results in NAS 1638 code. |
